British model and artist Phoebe Collings-James has signed to Liz Matthews PR for representation, where she joins the roster alongside talent including Alexa Chung and Laura Whitmore.

Collings-James's paintings, sculptures and performance pieces have been exhibited across the globe, and she has previously worked with brands including Tods, The Kooples, Fred Perry and Levis, and featured in publications such as British and US Vogue, LOVE, i-D, Nylon and Dazed.
